I had a very busy summer soaking up every moment with my two teens – Sam and Ellie, the absolute loves of my life.
In just 9 short months my son will be graduating and heading to the Naval Academy in Annapolis where he will become a Midshipman and play Division 1 lacrosse.
I dedicated this past summer to them – the Summer of SamAndEllie.
I woke up every morning and whispered Carpe Diem! I let go of musts and shoulds and allowed myself to be completely present for them.
I can tell you that it was a summer of adventure, love, exploration, growth and fun. My decision to focus on them was the best one I have made in a long time. It filled. me. up.
Now – I am back!
I am back with renewed energy doing the second thing that I love most – helping you to become healthy, whole and fit!
